Excellence Aesthetics Cancellation Policy

At Excellence Aesthetics, I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service I can offer.

That’s why I have implemented basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Excellence Aesthetics experience.

​

These not rules, they are just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience goes as smoothly as possible.

​

As a courtesy to the provider, Carrie Clark, NP,  at Excellence Aesthetics, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

​

Each appointment requires a $200 deposit which is applied towards any upcoming treatments. 

​

Please note, if your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment, or are a no-show, you will be charged a fee of $200 per the Cancellation Policy, COVID-related reasons or not

​

Deposits automatically transfer to your client wallet in Aesthetic Record, the booking app.

​

If after a year, a request for a refund is not made, the wallet deposit amount will not be refunded, without exceptions.

​

Because appointments fill up quickly, I suggest scheduling your next appointment before leaving each appointment.
